Im 25 years old. weighing 63 (was 56 1 year ago), my height is 166 cm ... I just recieved my blood results just surprised me to find out that I have cholesterol...

HDL 0.49 g/l
LDL 1.54 g/l

1- decrease ANY kind of Fat intake
2- vegetable and fruit helps decreasing it
3- extra virgin non-cooked Olive oil decrease it
4- sport
5- Vitamin B-3 decrease the LDL "the bad cholesterol" and increase HDL " the good cholesterol"
6- 8 glasses of water daily "250 ml/each"

i dont think cholesterol can be stress related.
cholesterol has a lot to do with your eating habits. eating vegetable and fruits will help it and stay away from fried food such as bacon.Health Question & Answer
