It hurts of course, and somekind of weird when swallowing..

rather sore and bloody a lot of pain I would imagine and not being able to breathe could be very frightening. You could get one with a knife slicing through I suppose. Health Question & Answer

external a bit freaky. internal...who knows have you been eating fish with bones or really sharp crisps.?!
