Does 1 autoimmune disease increase risk for another?!

Question: Does 1 autoimmune disease increase risk for another.?
I have one autoimmune disease. Am I at a greater risk for developing another than someone who does not already have one.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Asthma, RA, Celiac, Lupus, etc are additional autoimmune diseases that Grave's patients are more likely to come down with than the general population.

The symptoms you describe don't sound like any autoimmune disease I've heard of though.Health Question & Answer
