Could I have poor blood circulation?!
Question: Could I have poor blood circulation.?
I like to sit cross-legged in chairs (don't ask) or at least rest my ankle on my knee if I'm sitting at a table (I hope you get what I mean) and I notice that within about a minute or two my foot starts to get that tingly feeling (the kind you get when your foot falls asleep). I'm just wondering if that's poor blood circulation, and if so is there anything I can do about it.Health Question & Answer

You are just cutting off your circulation in your legs. It is 100% normal. nothing wrong with it, although cutting off circulation in any part of your body leads to serious problems. Only one thing you can do about it, that is not sit cross legged. Health Question & Answer
That happens to me, too. I think circulation from the waist down just kind of needs more room to flow as we get older.
