Or perhaps it's just an allergen in the air or food you recently ate.
New soap.? New Food.? Weather getting cooler.
Leave it alone - until it develops in to something and treat it as it progresses for now I'd take an oral benadryl at bed time and sleep it off and hope it's gone in the morning.
