Question: Why Do I Smell PLEASE HELP!!!!.?
Ok I'm pretty clean, I shower about 2 times a day, I use deodorant/anti-antiperspirant, i avoid spicy foods, garlic, etc, I take zinc and magnesium tablets, I drink plenty of fluids, but I still smell like this weird sweaty odor. I also exercise regularly, and i use the sauna. Its not B.O. though, B.O. smells kinda onions, i have a different odor.
Its driving me insane, I'm alienating myself from so many people, i can't get close to anyone, i can't sit close to people, i'm also self-conscious about this. By the way its not all in my head or anything, people have said that i smell : (...

Is the smell coming from your underarms, or is it in other places as well.? If it's just your underarms, you can use baking powder. Just take a pinch, mix it with water and apply to your armpits. It absorbs the smell and leaves you feeling fresh...it works, seriously. That being said, if it smells strange to you, you really should check it out with a doctor.
