This infects squamous epithelial cells of the oropharynx & B- lymphocytes And its in oropharyngeal secretions, transmitted threw saliva. It has a life long dormancy in the host. Can be found the frist 12-18 months after acuiring .Transmission must be direct contact . This is word wide.
