I have pretty mild asthma, but I can usually get through it by sitting down, relaxing as much as possible, and taking deep breaths for a few minutes. Drinking some water can help too.Health Question & Answer

it looks ridiculous but keep your arms in the air above your head, and try to breathe slowly. whatever you do, do not sit or lay down.Health Question & Answer
you could try breathing into a paper bag, they call it a re breather. Or inhale eucalyptus oil vapors. Most importantly remain calm and breath slowly. Don't exert yourself and sit upright. Health Question & Answer
