Are you sure you have the strep.? Remember antibiotics work on bacteria only, not viruses.
Maybe you are not on the right antibiotics, or you are not taking the right dosage, or not at the right time. Maybe you are having alcohol.? (it neutralizes the effect of the antibiotics)
Worst case scenario - you've become immune, but that's rare.
Just keep up the therapy, take some pain killers in the meantime and you'll be better soon.
