If you are asking about the tests acuracy, they are both very efficient ways to scan your hearts function and physiology. Most cardiac problems are detected using these two diagnostic tools. The ultrasound is more direct and measures your hearts rhythm, size, the conduction of blood to and from your heart through your vessels, etc. Seriously speaking, I get both tests done yearly b/c I have a heart murmur and can tell you that though you have to lie perfectly still, both tests are painless. Those should have caught problems if you were having them. The only tests that are more detailed and precise are nuclear. I trust you had a stress test.
