i had a pimple under my mouth and it only appeared when i smiled, you could only see it up close but it was gross and it didn't look like it was fully on the surface. i scratch my pimples without noticing, i know its really weird but i can't help it and it started bleeding and now its really gross and red. how do i make it go away.? its not as gross as it sounds but its still gross and from far away it looks like i have a bloody goaty or whatever. i just wana get rid off it. im always staring at it and complaining about it and touching my face and stuff. makeup cant cover it up. itss rrealy annoyyinnngggg. please help, thankssHealth Question & Answer

If it's been there much longer than usual, it's probably a sebaceous cyst, which is just a pimple that got clogged and can't drain. If that's the case, you'll probably need a doctor to drain it.
