Anyone hear have more than 1 medical condition?!
Question: Anyone hear have more than 1 medical condition.?
If you do what are they & which one would you want to be able to disappear.?
Obviously all of them going away would be amazing but if you could only pick ONE which one would it be.?
i have kidney disease
bad muscle weakness
bad scoliosis
asthma
i would want to get rid of my scoliosis- i have 2 curves
top-50 something
bottom-60 something
it's uncomfortable,i walk weird and & recovering from surgey would take FOREVER.
i had a kidney transplant so that is pretty much gone :]. I'm use to my muscle weakness and you cant tell I have it-except i cant do sports/stairs & i walk slow & get tired easily. Asthma isn't a big deal -except for the occasional attack & simple meds.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
i have nerufibromatosis, which makes me have tumors in my right knee, my thyroid and have psedorthis (sp) which means that I only have part of my bone in my right leg. And slight scoliosis, as well as some flat skin tumor like things.
I also have mingrians, that at times are so painful that i black out but for the last year and a half they have been under control knock on wood.
I also have Multiple Scoliosis, which cause me to have balance issues, eye problems and i am always tired. But now that am on rebif with monthyly steriods and immuno suppresents cellcept I have been doing so much better.
I really don't know what i would change i guess the MS mostly since that is the one that is the newest to me, was dxn in 2005 and I know that there are so many what ifs with it. There is too with my NF but I have always know of them and have already accpect them as part of my life. Not so with the MS just yet.

i have ADHD and hav to take a pill every morning, flat feet, sports induce asthma, my ankles and knees hurt alot because of me having flat feet. as much as i dont like having ADHD, i wouldnt want to get rid of it, although it wuld be nice if i could control it a little betterHealth Question & Answer

well i:
-am legally blind (not totally)
-have glaucoma
-have a cataract
-have hyperthyroidism
-have restless leg syndrome
-and when i get a cold it gets sooo bad and lasts a month every time.
-have tonsil stones which are very annoying and i'm constantly having to clear my throat or cough.
i would want to be able so see like everyone else. glasses and contacts don't work well for me cuz
1. it seems the the persciption never helps me see any better
2. my nose is not built to wear glasses and it makes my nose hurt really bad
3. apparently my eye lids are too thin according to the doctors so they would hurt really bad too
i was born legally blind then when i was 11 my retina detached in my left eye and they fixed it but for some reason it made me go blind in my left eye. then i had a tube put in my left eye when i was 14 cuz of my glaucoma. for my right eye i just take an eye drop 2 times per day and the glaucoma doesn't bother me. then in feb my retina in my right eye detached they fixed it and i could see then 6 weeks later it happened again and they fixed it and i can see but not as well as before cuz now my cataract in my right eye has gotten much worse but they are afraid to do the surgery in fear that there could be complications and they are not totally sure if i could get a lens implant which would suck cuz then i'd have to wear coke bottle glasses and i can't stand to wear glasses in the first place.
i just wish i could do things like everyone else like drive and get somewhere on my own when i wanted to instead of relying on having other people accomidate me when they have the time.
