Whilst systemic arterial hypertension is extremely common, pulmonary arterial hypertension is relatively rare - I understand that you can feel quite alone as you may not know anybody else who has the same condition & has to undergo the same treatments & challenges.

You are not alone. Arterial hypertension is almost epidemic in this country. Part of the blame goes to our food supply. We have to try hard to avoid saturated fat and white flour that is offered at every turn. Try eating at least 5 servings of vegetables a day. If you can, eat only fish and not meat. If you must have meat, make it lean (turkey, skinless chicken).Health Question & Answer
