Question: CFS.? what does this sound like to you.?
I think i have chronic fatigue syndrome. these are some symptoms that i am experiencing suddenly
-trouble falling asleep
-waking up feeling very tired (more than usual, and still tired after a morning shower)
-trouble concentrating
-muscle aches
-looking for attention
i did a lot of research on this and it sounds like i have CFS. its really affecting my life and i want to do something to help it.
some websites suggest taking yoga to help the symptoms, but i already do.
i also read that taking antidepressants can help, too, but they scare me a little.
its hard for me to concentrate at school and its affecting my work.
i read that CFS is hard to diagnose, so im not sure if i should go to the doctor.

It sounds like Fibromyalgia to me. Don't be afraid of antidepressants. They can make your life so much better! Go have some blood work done first to make sure you're not anemic then go from there. Don't tell the doctor you've been reading the internet. They hate that!Health Question & Answer
yes thyroid its in the genes i have a dangerously low VIT D which cause the CFS FMA , my thryoid is multinodular goitor normal levels hypo symptoms , i'm on synthryoid see an endocrinologist
