This was beautifully put. I know her well, very well. She doesn't have to live with this there are many medications that are safe that will prevent this from happening to her. Psychologists have proven that something, the tiniest little thing can trigger these attacks. A tiny reminder of a trauma that happened in childhood that the subconscious may not remember. She is physically and mentally brought back to that time. Something in childhood that she was unable to deal with. Therapy can help her also. There is no need to suffer these unbearable attacks.
