What is this face burn/rash?!
Question: What is this face burn/rash.?
every year i break out in this burn type rash. it starts off swollen in certain areas and spreads until i look DISGUSTING. i have a determologist but he simply says wash my face and neck with warm milk and hydrocortosine. problem is ive been doing this since i was in middle school and im now in college. i am immune to the cortosione. determology appoitments are complicated because i need a refferal to see one now that im over 18. its sore and kinda itches. it looks very nasty like cigerett burns. i have photos some one please help.Health Question & Answer

My daughter was born with really BAD Eczema.. She about clawed her skin off her face and body when she was a baby.
I found certain things would cause her to have a outbreak, cat hair makes her puff up like a ripe tomatoe and she gets a huge out break of Eczema. I know you must have been over this but can you think of what is causing you to break out.? Is it the weather changing maybe.?
Have you tried appliying a Ice pack to the area when it starts to swell and itch.?
We moved to the south and my daughter has almost No Eczema now . It was the cold rainy weather of Oregon that was making her miserable.
The years we did live there I gave her higher doses of Vit C,Vit E and adult dose of Fish oil everday. (all very good for skin health and immune system). also lots of water,and lots of fresh fruits and veggies and high fiber diet.(to keep the toxin level in her body down).
Her condition is alot about maintnence and prevention.
You might try some vics vapor rub on the rash,it has a cooling effect.(Test small area first) We always have benadryle handy, The cortisione was never much good for us either.
Drink Aloe Vera Juice , you can find it in the health food stores.. Drink it every day , it is really good for your skin.
I also always take it to the Lord first..If you believe in Jesus pray about it. I have seen many miracles.
