Feeling lightheaded because of Bowel Movements. What does it mean?!

Question: Feeling lightheaded because of Bowel Movements. What does it mean.?
Each time I go to the restroom to dispose a few feces, I find myself feeling a bit lightheaded. And note that this is not because I force along the bowel movements or have large or immensely hard feces. It all started about two weeks ago and in those two weeks, I haven't exercised, eaten, or have done anything else different.. so I am really puzzled and to what may be causing this. Does anyone have any opinions as to why this may be happening to me.?

I do not mean to sound disgusting or foul. This is an honest question I am asking because I am a little worried about it, so please, save your time and keep churlish remarks to yourself.
