Yes, for me it's a momentary thing it comes on all of the suddent, kind of buzzes in my ear for a few seconds, then disappears for a few days or weeks.

I have it too. And it sounds exactly the same as you have described it - but it's constant, always there. It's called tinnitus. No apparent cure.Health Question & Answer
