Yes, it is found in many sugar free products such as candy, gum & sodas. I take in too much because i drink alot of diet pop ect. but it is unhealthy and kills brain cells. My doctor said it would be better if i just had real pop but i disagree, with how much i drink my levels would be sky high! haha.Health Question & Answer
