I used to have to take iron supplements but it was awhile ago so I don't really remember what they were. I think i took one a day.
They didn't help me much, just made me feel nauseous. All i did was start eating more foods with iron in them, such as red meat for example. This helped a lot and i haven't had to take any supplements for years.Health Question & Answer

Yes I've taken them, had 56 tablets to take I think, once a day. So I took them for about 2 months. Didn't feel any different so I can't tell you how long it was before they helped me, but I was presribed them by my doctor so I took them. I can tell you however that they will make your poo go black. Very strange indeed!Health Question & Answer
