my employer has made mandatory respirator use for all welders in my company. they came me a sheet for their doctor for me to call and set up an appointment and go for a pulminary test all on my own time. shouldn't they have to make all the arrangements and schedual it while im on company time.?Health Question & Answer

While not knowing if you're in the U.S. or other country, I would suggest you do go for the arranged checkup, since not only it will be beneficial to your health, but it would help your employer further with insurance purposes, etc. also, if you refuse to go you'd be going against regulations and may endanger your job stability.Health Question & Answer
