Ughghg - absolutely irritating and annoying aren't they.?! I woke up this morning barely able to open my eye - swollen, irritated and bruised looking - yuck! I have some stye ointment but was wondering if anyone had any good/decent home remedies to get rid of it quicker.?Health Question & Answer

Moist heat will help it drain faster. The easiest way to apply it is simply by soaking a washcloth in hot water, wringing it out, and then holding it up to your eye.

I always put a hot rag on my eye and it helps the swelling go down and makes it feel better. Other than that it just kind of has to run its course.Health Question & Answer
