Question: My doc my "Good" cholesterol was a little low...?

My doc said that I was a little low on the Good cholesterol. I asked her well what do I have to do.? She said "no meat" But that would be kind of difficult for me, I love chicken. are there any other ways to get more good cholesterol.? Isn't there something I can eat.?Health Question & Answer
