Question: I am sick all the time I have a cold all the time strep throat, brochitis, etc. even in the summer. I've been .?
tested for everything. What's going on.? I eat right, take vitamins, and excercise and get plenty of sleep. Why is my immune system doing this.? How can I increase my immune system so I don't get sick all the time.? Doctor bills and pharmacies are killing me. Im not a smoker or a diabetic, but I used to drink two two litter bottle of pop a day. I am also very emotionally depressed all the time and angry. People pick on me and I resort to anger. How can I get a strong good immune system.

It may be your house that is making you sick. If you live in a place that is closed up all the time with either a/c or heat all year around your duct work may have mold growing in it and it is being spread around the house every time the heat or a/c comes on. A couple of years ago I was sick all the time until I had my duct work vacuumed out by a professional. I haven't even had a sniffle since then. Health Question & Answer
