Depends on whether this is your resting heart rate or this is during activity.
If its a resting heartrate, ie, when you are just sitting around your heart is beating faster than it might be a concern.
However if it is during activity, this is normal as when your metabolism increases, and your body moves it requires more energy and oxygen thereby increasing your heart rate in order to pump blood at a higher rate throughout your body
