Can't breathe for a few seconds?!

Question: Can't breathe for a few seconds.?

It's only happened 2 - 3 times before. I was lying in bed awake (I was resting on my side I think), then suddenly my whole face tingles and I can't breathe. It lasts for a few seconds maximum, but it feels like my mouth is clamped shut and I'm trying desperately to take some oxygen in.
And I'm just wondering if there's any cause for that.? It happens so fast.Health Question & Answer

I suggest that you go and see your doctor..

This could be asthma or that sleeping thing that i have heard of (i cant remember what called) where you cannot breathe for a certain amount of time....people usually have to go on these oxgyen machines or get some medications if it is asthma or other resperitory deiseases... the best way you can find out is by seeing a doctor, they are the experts lol
