Could this be pneumonia?!

Question: Could this be pneumonia.?

I'm having a hard time breathing. It's very shallow and fast. I've developed some wheezing and have been coughing uncontrollably. I took my blood pressure and it was higher than normal. I'm not coughing up any mucus, but my saliva is very sticky and thick. I'm lightheaded and a little dizzy. I've tried some Robitussin and some NyQuil, but they don't seem to be helping much.Health Question & Answer
