I recently found out that my grandma has stage 2 breast cancer. I know we caught it early and that many people have recovered, but she is almost 77 or 78 ( i cannot remember) and a diabetic, slightly overweight. Will she be able to recover.?Health Question & Answer

Being diabetic, slightly overweight or 78 years old does not make her less likely to recover than anyone else. In fact, she is far more likely to do better than a 35 year old woman with the same stage breast cancer as young women tend to have a poorer prognosis. Health Question & Answer
