Why do I feel dehydrated all the time?!
Question: Why do I feel dehydrated all the time.?
Answers:
Could be you've been drinking alcohol, or coffee, they're diuretics make you thirstier or I don't know, I get that way sometimes too, I get overheated really easily and thirsty quickly, could be from getting nervous you might sweat a lot or something, you do sweat a lot when you sleep, and you release water when you go to the bathroom and sweat. You need to drink a good amount of water to restore the water you've lost during the day.Health Question & Answer
