Go to the emergency room!
I had the same thing. I felt completly fine otherwise. Then I climbed up a flight of stairs and my chest hurt. I went to the hospital just because I was already late for school, not thinking it was a big deal. When I got there they had to immdeitantly put in an IV, anti-anxiety pills, hook me up to a monitor.. My heart was fluttering so much I could of had a stroke.
It didn't stop for days, I had to be hospitalized the whole time. Turns out im caffeine sensitive.
