My legs start to tingle and. This will last for 20 min and then they will go away, and then another come and so on. I have been checked by the EMT and nothing was wrong with my heart. on the ekg thing. I looked up the symptoms and anxiety or panic attack came. does anyone Else have this. This happens when I stressed and sometimes when I think of bills not paid, or my kids or acting up. help me someone. please. I have no other health problems but I do take bc.
