If you're already thin, you can't do anything except get surgery. Those 'exercises; people are going to tell you about won't do anything.

You would need either to loose weight so as to metabolize the fat stored there, or have a liposuction performed on that region. There is no "short cut" other than those two methods - don't fall for any snake-oil "miracle" cures.Health Question & Answer
