Gargle with warm salt water. That might help. If you still have a problem you may need to see a doc, it could be strep throat.

gargle with a very warm, almost hot heavy salted water. This will not only relieve some of your pain, the salt actually helps clean out bacteria. do this as often as you need up to every 2 hours but at least 2 times a day.Health Question & Answer
