If you are referencing ribbons associated with certain causes, the one I have is gray with a red dot on it.Health Question & Answer
Grey is used to signify diabetes awareness. It is not a happy, cheerful color. It represents the despair and gloom so prevalent in those affected by this disease. Silver (high-polished) is used to represent the silver lining of hope.... that a cure will be found! Ribbons are recognized around the world as symbols of awareness. Health Question & Answer

You noticed that red ribbons mean AIDS and pink means breast cancer. If this is so, grey or silver means diabetes in the ribbon world.
