Answers:
bradycardia (low heart rate) can cause palpitations when you lie down, especially if the bradycardia is caused by something like sick sinus syndrome or some type of sinus block. I'm assuming your low heart rate is when you are standing or sitting, so when you lay down it actually goes even lower which can cause palpitations when you are laying down.Health Question & Answer

You could suffering from cardiac arrhythmia, very commen type are PVC(premature ventricle contraction) and PAC( premature atrial contraction). For PVC the beat come early and result miss a beat when suppose to be.The symptoms is palpitation and skip beat. This symptom easily feel it when you lie down.Your doctor order 24 hours hoster monitor to record and find out how many this abnormal beats happen.PVC and PAC sometime happen to normal heart.Do you have shortness of beath when you lie down.?.If your GP found a lot of abnormal beat he will refer to a cardiologist. The diagnosis of bradycardiac is heart beat below 60/nim,usually no symptoms until below 50/min. the symptoms of bradycardiac are fainting.(syncopy),dizziness and lightheadachnessHealth Question & Answer

hi ,whenver we lay down we have fluid redistribution in our bodies and by lying down ur digestive system starts working and takes a significant amount of blood supply. there is not enough info in ur question, but for normal poeple those factors increase the heart rate.
and i think this will apply to ur case regardless of what u have.Health Question & Answer
