I have, I was dating a guy who kept telling me that I ate too much and that I was too fat, I had serious issues with being alone at the time so to compensate for my "fat" I stopped eating, not just in front of him but in general. I would have only 1 snack a day and that was it, soon I went from a healthy 132 lbs to 98 lbs in 2 weeks and he was telling me that I looked fabulous, he was the only one though. Soon I realized that I wasn't happy, I was starting to miss my period and I was sick all the time. The worst part was that my nobody seemed to notice my lack of eating. When we broke up I went to a pool party and I noticed how healthy everyone looked compared to me and how stupid I was to do all that just because some jerk wasn't happy with how I looked.Health Question & Answer
I once had an eating disorder, anorexia, and it took me a long time to eat real food again. I started small, a piece of meat here and there, then i ate a little more each time. I had to force myself to swallow, and it made me gag for a while, but i feel a lot better now! The important thing is to start slow and NOT to throw up.
