So it's sounds like you have a few things going on here. I assume that you have been tested for the "they thought it was" section, so we'll skip over those.
Your low blood pressure could be orthostatic hypotension. Teenagers are more likely to experience this due to the fact that they have very elastic blood vesells. It can also be orthostasis, which is the pooling of blood after remaining in one position for any period of time.
Your heart rate is a little fast for being at rest, but it could go along with the palpitations. Do you have a high intack of stimulants or caffeine.? This can be a common complaint for people who drink a lot of soda, also known as "skipping" beats.
As for your constant dizziness...vertigo is a medical term to describe the feeling of spinning, whirling, or motion either of yourself or your surroundings. This is the same feeling you might have after getting off a merry-go-round or spinning in place. Several diseases of the balance organs of the inner ear can cause vertigo.
also, do you eat regularly.? Many of the symptoms you're describing can be associated with hypoglycemia.
There also could be a chance that you are experiencing somatization. Which is the conversion of a mental illness, such as anxiety or depression, into physical symptoms. (Often, someone may be unaware of the underlying mental illness and insist that they have only physical complaints.)

I hope some of these suggestions can set you in the right direction. It can be very frustrating not know the causation of a cluster of symptoms. I hope you find the answers you are seeking.Health Question & Answer

I'd say Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome might have an answer however that's my guessHealth Question & Answer

The heart rate is the number of beats (rhythmic contractions) per minute of the heart (the muscular organ in the center of the chest that maintains circulation of the blood) and is a measure of cardiac activity. A fast heart rate is greater than 100 beats per minute for an adult or child at rest, greater than 120 beats per minute for an infant (age one month to one year), and greater than 160 beats per minute for a newborn under one month old.

With panic disorder, at least four of the following symptoms suddenly occur within 10 minutes. Attacks may be followed by at least 1 month of persistent fear of having another attack.

Chest pain or discomfort
Dizziness or faintness
Fear of dying
Fear of losing control
Feeling of choking
Feelings of detachment
Feelings of unreality
Nausea or upset stomach
Numbness or tingling
Palpitations or pounding heart
Sensation of shortness of breath
Sweating, chills, or hot flashes
Trembling or shaking
There are often extreme changes in behavior at home, school, work, or with family. People with the disorder often worry about the significance of their panic attacks. They may think they are "going crazy" or having a heart attack.

Your health care provider will perform a physical examination, including blood tests and a psychiatric evaluation. Underlying medical disorders must be ruled out before the diagnosis of panic disorder can be made.
Please ask your doctor to perform a physical examination and a psychiatric evaluation.

Health Question & Answer

Hi I had Heart surgery 2 months ago, and i have experience the symptom Eyesight blacking out without losing consciousness it happens when im laying down for a long time and then stand up quickly. Last week I went to the doctor on a follow up consult and I explained the doctor that symptom, She told me to drink a lot of fluid like water, juice ext, about 8 glasses a day, She also told me That it could be a medication that im taking called furosemide so she lowered the dosage. And for the other symptoms they may be cause by anemia, Anemia causes the hart to work harder because there are less red blood cell to carry oxygen to the organs including the hart so it beats faster to supply the demand You really have to be care full with anemia because if it gets severe it could cause a hart attack or hart failure I had anemia after the surgery and the doctor told to eat a lot of red meat, foods high in iron like liver, salmon, seafood, beans, lentils and vegetables like broccoli ext and also drink orange juice because it helps your Body absorb the iron from the vegetables and it has vitamin c. I recommend you to eat good food high in iron even if its a little more expensive for at least two weeks. If the symptoms still perceive it may not be anemia it could be a hole in your Heart before going to a cardiologist, first get medical insurance in case that they have to do surgery and don't be scare. The Doctors should do an ecko to see if theres is a hole in your haert which there may be since your having palpitations and your hart seems to work hard to supply your bory demands. So just go to the doctor to check your heart.Health Question & Answer
