i just want to know if i'm having hay fever or just a cold. i have a block and sometimes runny nose, my voice sound like i have a block nose..2. u no high pitch and all. sounds funny. so do i have a cold or hay fever or......Health Question & Answer

A blocked nose is not a disease, it is your body's healthy immune response to either a virus or an allergy. If it is a cold, it will go away by itself in a week or so and if it's an allergy it will hang around longer.
You can clear out your nasal passages by putting 1 or 2 drops -- not more! -- of essential eucalyptus oil into boiling water and inhaling the steam.
