Ive just popped my spot, white stuff came out then sort of drops of water and then i started to bleed. Will it be gone tomorrow.?

That was a really bad move (if you are talking about pimples)
I used to do that all the time. Now i have scars from where the spot has been. By popping it, you are pushing the bacteria further into the skin, causing it to scar. So the spot will be gone in a few days. But you will be left with a small brown/red scar. Health Question & Answer
