Answers:
when you have influenza, you do not have virus in your blood.
blood banks do not test for influenza, because they know this -- it is not transmitted by blood transfusion.

The virus ONLY lives in the lining of the respiratory system. It does not spread elsewhere in the body

anyone receiving your blood would be fine.Health Question & Answer

The flu is transmitted through the air not blood. So in other words the flu is not in your blood like aids would be. So the person who receives your blood should be fine.Health Question & Answer

No. Because the people who take your blood will test to see if it is infected at all and if it is they dont use it.Health Question & Answer
