Based on these symptoms what do you think? please help?!

- not losing weight despite best efforts
-3-9 bowel movements a day
- fatigue
- nausea
- reflux
-shortness of breath
- heart beats so hard and fast just from walking downstairs
- dizziness
- horrible migranes
- blurry vision
- unable to consentrate
- low blood sugar
- extreme hand and arm pain (both arms but usually the right)
- moodiness
I'm stumped does anyone know what it could be. These things happen at least 3 times a week some of them daily

Answers:
well half of those symptoms are classic of hyperthyroidism and the other half are symptoms of hypothyroidism.
what ever it is i'm confident it has to do with your thyroid.
and it is possible to have hperthyoidism to the point that you have hypothyroidism.
it would be reffered to as having hyperthyroidism with hashimoto's.

get to your doctor and have them do some blood work. specifically have them test your TSH, free T3, and free T4.

Have your thyroid checked next time you see your doctor. Thyroid hormone imbalances, (either way...hypo or hyper,) can produce many of your symptoms.
And even though you have low blood sugar at the moment, check for diabetes as well. But my guess is a thyroid problem.Health Question & Answer
