How do i get rid of a calluses on the bottom of my toe?!

Question: How do i get rid of a calluses on the bottom of my toe.?
I have calluses that run vertically along the bottom of my pinkie toes. For some reason they form in a straight line and are fairly thick. My issue is that when i am on my feet for a long time, like at work, blisters form underneath the calluses. This is very painful. How could i go about removing them.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Try using callus and corn removing plasters/bandaids. They soften the tissue over a few days using a mild acidic formula so you can remove it easily with your fingers, they also cushion the toe area affected so it's not quite as painful while the treatment gets to work.Health Question & Answer

soak your feet in very warm water with dishwashing soap(I found that to be best), then take a pumice stone and rub the callous off your pinkie. I do that all the time. If it is a thin layer it should come off with the pumice stone--if it is a thicker layer, you might want to try a foot file from Dr. Scholl's or something similar....good luckHealth Question & Answer
