i really care about my sister ...
she smokes and i think she keeps it a secret. im the only one who knows cuz im sneaky/nosy and i can smell her breath.

i understand, my boyfriend drinks beer all the time and he's trying to slow down because he cares and want's to have a healthy family. it is hard to stop or slow down, but if you set down with her and have a lil talk with her about it, i know that later on that day she'll thank you and would think about it. that's what i recommend, to set down and tell how you feel.Health Question & Answer

You don't want her to die, you say. Let me tell you something - she is going to die, and so are you. The fact that she smokes doesn't mean that she is going to die any time soon. She still has many decades of life left. Let her enjoy them.Health Question & Answer
I think I would find the scariest smoking stories possible to show her. How about finding some wrinkled up, wheezing person with emphysema to talk to her.? In other words, maybe scaring her would be the most effective way.Health Question & Answer
