If you have an oily skin wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the pimples like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. If you have a dry skin honey is a great remedy for acne and pimples because the honey kills bacteria. If you have a combination skin when you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks to rid yourself of acne.Try http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/ for more info. I've heard of using ice or a crushed up aspirin and rubbing it on the zit. You can also try taking an anti-infammatory like motrin IB-- it will help with swelling and irritation of the zit and will ultimately take the red out!Health Question & Answer

Sounds odd, but toothpaste really does help lessen the redness. Put a tiny dab on the pimple and leave it on for several minutes. It helps dry the pimple and lessen redness.Health Question & Answer

I doubt anything will work but cover up. Dab it on, don't spread it. If it stands out, blend it in from the outside in.
