You need to push yourself out of bed and get the medications you need or you can die from the flu. Yes, a simple flu can lead to other respiratory problems or health concerns. Can you call a neighbor.? You can call the Red Cross or a taxi. Call the college campus Health Services. They can assist you if you live on the college.
