Ok i am usually ok with my advice a lot of people call me their mum or their personal agony aunt/shrink!! but for once im all out of advice!! a reasonably close ish friend just told me his sister has a brain tumour! he says its real bad but he wont say any more and im not going to make him but...

I guess there's not much you can say...let him know you're there...if he starts talking, listen...you'll know what to say...it just comes to you sometimes...
