Well before i ask this,zits and boils are the same thing right.?.?.?

I heard that u have to reduce dairy products.I know mil is obviously dairy product and i drink 2-3 times a day,is that good or should i reduce.?also what other dtuff are dairy products.?also,doing excersice and not touching em helps as well,true or false.?Thank you for your help

After you wash your face, preferably under a hot shower head-
have your fingers clean & pop the zit try not to use your nails around the red part of the zit.
get all the white stuff to come out and while it rests ontop of the zip take some dental floss and scrape it off .. squeeze it some more and then just let it dry

don't pick,pop, or touch anything on ur face.use clean and clear, neutrogina, or proactiv, do not eat a lot of fatning or sugary stuff, that makes it worse, wash ur face twice a day.Health Question & Answer

every now and then during the day, get a piece of paper and pat it over your face it should take of a lot of oil that naturally comes from the skin...dont rubb it like a sponge to dish...just dab it until you see no more oil is coming off. also try taking could showers to keep your pores closed, and dont use acne gel it only makes it worse.Health Question & Answer
