Question: Could this be a possible cure for cancer.?
Could nanobots be a possible cure for cancer.? I don't know much about cancer(i don't have it or know anyone who does) but if cancer is an Abnormal sell could doctors and scientists program nanobots to destroy the cancer then stop after the cancer is destroyed.
It's just something I was thinking about then I wonder Would it work.? Could it work.? And would the world make it work.?

First of all, there would have to be a bunch of nano-bots and they would have to destroy the cancer cells faster than the cancer regenerates. Secondly, there is a problem with detecting which cells are cancerous. Thirdly, the immune system could wipe it out unless the nanobots destroy the tumor faster than the immune system produces antibodies.
