Question #3: She won't because she hasn't.Health Question & Answer

The whole point of vaccine is to introduce an immune response to a very low level of the disease in question. The immune response develops antibodies (a defense specific to the disease) directed at the disease. The body retains memory of the attack, and now knows how to combat it. Fever is normal, her body is developing defenses.Health Question & Answer

Fevers for 24-48 hours after a vaccination is very common. You treat the fevers and they will eventually go away. If any other alarming symptoms occur other than fever, then consider a phone call to her doctor that gave her the vaccination.Health Question & Answer
