Question: I am allergic to like everything.?
So I have a problem called MCS(mutiple chemical sensitivity) and asthma and many food allergys
let me just list some of the things for yah
wheat(think about it bread cereal bagels crackers cake)
chocolate!
rice
fragrance(perfume like in deoderant and shampoo and perfume and anything)
pets
mold
melons
cheese
dairy
See my problem is when i come in contact with eatting or smelling this types of things I have sinus burning and astma attacks and respitory problems and I get sick for over 6 months sometimes. I know horrible right but please don't comment and say I feel bad for you okay . I can't really go out of my house because of fragrance issues but . I am much like you, allergic to nearly everything. When I had allergy testing done even my allergist looked shock by my long list of allergies.
I cope with it all by taking Zyrtec and popping advil when needed for allergen induced head aches. I also now I'm taking Tylenol sinus when needed for horrible pressure. During my peak allergy season I also use a Neti Pot to clear out my sinus cavity. If you don't know what that is it is a pot that you use to pour warm saline into your nose. It flushes out all the icky stuff that makes you feel crummy. If you have not tried it I suggest you do. I think they have them at just about every pharmacy. I got mine at Walgreens.
